About Us
Drs. Hugh and Will have had the pleasure of assisting clients from all over the world in their application with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). We pride ourselves on conscientious, kind and timely management of your medical. We will ensure your application is accurate and processed as quickly as possible using the e-medical system.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada Panel Physicians
Dr. Hugh has been a family physician for 38 years. He is an assistant professor in the Department of Oncology at Queen's University.
Dr. Will (youngest son of Dr. Hugh) completed Queen's Family Medicine training in July of 2023. He received multiple undergraduate awards at McMaster University and the John St. Clair Heal & Mercedes Billinge Heal Award, as a medical student at the University of Western Ontario.
