An Ontario driver’s license can be used if you do not have a valid passport.
Bring any medical records you have regarding past or present illnesses.
We will take your photo.
After your exam you will go for a chest x-ray (11 years and older) at Kingston Imaging at 797 Princess, unit 422.
Then you will go for blood work at LifeLabs next door at 791 Princess St unit 102 (15 years and older). No fasting is required.
You will need 1.5 to 2.5 hours to complete all testing.
The date of your examination will be used by IRCC for deadline purposes.
Your exam will be sent to IRCC within 10 days.
IMPORTANT: No fasting is required for the blood work.

Blood work is required for any applicant 15 years and older.
How much does it cost?
$88.00 CAD (credit or debit) per person.
You do not need an appointment.
Life Labs is at 791 Princess Street unit 102.
These tests should be completed right after your medical exam.
Directions
Life Labs is on the first floor at 791 Princess Street. Go out the front of our building and go three doors to your left. There is a large blue awning with 791 marked on it. Enter the building and go through the first two doors to the last door on your left and that is Life Labs, unit 102.
